The redevelopment of Huber Heights Commons in Ohio is a perfect example of what Broad Reach Retail Partners does, creates value for our Partners, Properties and People.  This redevelopment started with Broad Reach Retail Partners buying two dilapidated apartment buildings that were not just an eye sore but causing issues for the community. The 17-acre site was purchased with the vision of creating a combination of retail and affordable housing that met the needs and demands of the Huber Heights community.

Collaborative Effort

BRRP worked closely with Huber Heights City Planners to develop a site plan that included extensive off-site improvements to the city’s infrastructure. These improvements featured a new traffic signal at the main entrance of the development, upgraded sidewalks, underground utilities, and widened roads and turning lanes to alleviate existing traffic congestion.
