This state-of-the-art facility, located at 45630 US Highway 17-92, is 103,000 SF and features five floors of modern self-storage solutions. It is now ready to serve the growing needs of Polk County.
The journey to opening began in Q1 of 2023 when Broad Reach took on the project from inception to completion. Starting with sourcing, our team expertly navigated the user approval, permitting process, acquisition and construction. Thanks to our dedicated focus and management we are thrilled to have delivered the project within our projected timeframe.
